About me
My journey with nutrition and behavior change is deeply personal. For years, I struggled with bulimia, trapped in a cycle of restriction and loss of control. Recovery felt impossible, until I began exploring not just what I was eating, but why. Through therapy and self-compassion, I learned to rebuild my relationship with food and my body.
That experience became my purpose. Today, as a clinical nutritionist specializing in eating disorders, I help others break free from harmful cycles and develop a sustainable, intuitive approach to nourishment. My work goes beyond meal plans—my goal is to educate and equip you with the tools to succeed on your own. We work together to understand what is truly driving your eating behaviors, whether emotional triggers, body image concerns, or past dieting trauma.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and other techniques, I guide my patients through the psychological roots of their eating behaviors while providing technical expertise in nutrition, including food intolerances, and supplementation advice. With an academic background bridging nutrition, psychology, and behavioral economics, I combine scientific rigor with compassionate guidance to help you create lasting change.
